SBTJM-C High-range Water Reducing Admixture

DESCRIPTION
SBTJM-C high-range water reducing admixture is a powder of beta-sulphonate formaldehyde condensate. The Na2SO4 content is within 7-9%. It has the performances of non-air-entraining, high-range water reducing and strengthening effects. It is in particular suitable to produce concrete with the requirement of high water reduction, high-early strength. It can also be used as the water-reducing gradient of composite concrete admixtures. SBTJM-C is formulated to comply with the following specification for concrete admixture: ASTMC494, Type F; GB8076-1997.

MAIN TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
High water reduction
Tested according to GB8076-1997, the water reduction is around 18% at the addition rate of 0.5% by weight of cementitious materials.

Superplasticizing
The addition of SBTJM-C effectively improves the fluidity of the concrete and reduces the bleeding and segregation tendency of concrete. Therefore it improves the workability of the concrete and makes the concrete easy for pumping and compacting.

High strengths
At the addition rate of 0.5%, it can improve the compressive strength of concrete at the ages of 3d, 7d and 28d by the percentage between that of SBTJM-A and SBTJM-B.

Little change of set time
It has little influence on the initial and final setting time of the concrete. The set time difference between concrete which SBTJM-C and control concrete is normally within one hour.

Wide range of application temperature
The feasible application temperature ranges from -5 to +45.

Excellent durability
The addition of SBTJM-C can effectively improve the pore structure of the concrete and increase the durability such as impermeability, carbonation resistance and frost resistance.

Easy for use
It can be added directly into concrete or dissolved beforehand into liquid state. It matches the requirement of different application condition or mixer type.

USAGE
Addition rate
The normal range of SBTJM-C addition rate is 0.4-0.7% by weight of cementitious material.

Blending
SBTJM-C should be blended previously with cement. Do not add it directly into wet aggregate. It can be dissolved into water solution before used as liquid admixture.

PACKAGING
SBTJM-C is packed in the waterproofing double-layer plastic bag and the net weight is 25 kg per bag. It will not degenerate within its shelf life. Pay attention not to stave the bag and keep waterproofing during the storage and transportation. If the product is wetted into agglomeration, it can be crushed into powder before use and has no influence on the performances.

SBTJM-I HIGH EARLY-STRENGTH ADMIXTUR

DESCREPTION
SBTJM-I High Early-Strength admixture has the characteristics of high water reduction, high early strength and high strengthening effect, etc.. Because of its good cement adaptability, easiness for use, and excellent strengthening effect. SBTJM-I can be widely applied to the concrete structures that require high early strength and high strengthening effect.

MAIN TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
High early strength.
It can greatly increases the early strength of the concrete by 110~230% at the age of 1 day, 60~130% at the age of 3days and 50~90% at the age of 7days, which effectively accelerate form turnover, shorten construction cycle and improve labor productivity.

High water reduction
SBTJM-I is an ideal admixture for preparing high-slump concrete and high strength concrete because its water reduction can be up to 18~22%.

Highly strengthening effect.
SBTJM-I not only effectively increases the early strength of the concrete, but also makes the later strength develop continuously. The compressive strength of the concrete with SBTJM-I increases by 30~50% at the age of 28days and 20~40% at the age of 90days.

Obvious frost resistance.
The lowest construction temperature of the concrete with SBTJM-I can be down to -5.

Excellent durability
The addition of SBTJM-I can effectively modify the pore structure of concrete, increase the compactness and the ability against freeze, carbonation and corrosion, etc., of the concrete. Moreover, its alkali content is much lower than the limited range of alkaline-aggregate reaction. It has no corrosion substance to reinforcement.

Health and Safety
It isnt poisonous and radioactive.

Strong adaptability
This product is compatible with different types of cement, and particularly with mineral additives in concrete such as fly ash.

Easy for use.
It can be added into the mixer directly or added with cement, sand and stone, so it is quite easy to be used.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
It can be widely applied to the concrete constructions such as poured-in-place or pre-cast concrete structure. It is particularly suitable for the projects requiring high early strength and high later strength, especially for cold concreting.

USAGE

dosage
The normal dosage range is 0.7~1.2 %( by cement weight); while for high strength concrete the recommended addition rate can be increased to 1.2~1.5%.
Add the product directly into the mixer or with cement and aggregate. Attention! Never dissolve in water beforehand.
Accurately measure and properly prolong the mixing time to ensure enough dispersion.
The time of the concrete to be covered and watered after pouring is about 6~12hs after mixing, in winding and hot weather 2~3h for plastic concrete and 1~2h for harsh concrete. The procedure of surface covering should be adopted to prevent frost damage in winter.

Storage
It should be stored in dry place. Its quality guarantee is within two years.

SBTJM-I is packaged in anti-wetting double-layer plastic bags with the weight of 40kg per bag, and is easy to be delivered and transported.

SBTJM-II Water-Reducing and Set-Retarding Admixture

DESCREPTION
SBTJM-II water-reducing and set retarding admixture is a synthetic powder based on beta-naphthalene sulphonate formaldehyde condensates and reactive polymer. It has the performances of high range water reduction, set-retarding and excellent strengthening. SBTJM-II is adaptable to middle-strength or high-strength concrete where high range water reduction and set-retarding is desired. SBTJM-II is formulated to comply with the following specification for concrete admixture: ASTM494, Type D; GB8076-1997.

MAIN TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
High water reduction
Tested according to GB8076-1997, the water reduction rate can be above 20%.
High strengthening effect
Comparing with ordinary concrete, the strength of concrete with SBTJM-II at the age of 28 days can be improved by 35%~60%, at the age of 90 days can be improved by 20%.

Outstanding retarding effect
It can retard the initial and final set time by range of 6-20 hours. The specific set time can be modified according to the site requirement.

Good workability
It can provide high slump-retaining and very low slump loss effects. The concrete with SBTJM-II has improved workability, non-segregation, non-sedimentation and excellent pumpability.

Low hydration heat
Compared with those of pure cement paste, the time when the peak of hydration heat appears is delayed by 24 hours. Moreover, the hydration heat of paste at third-day age is only 1/5 of that of pure cement paste tested by DTA.

Wide adaptability
SBTJM-II is adaptable to different types of cement and other admixtures such as air entraining agent.

Excellent durability
SBTJM-II can effectively improve the durability of concrete, such as carbonization resistance and freeze-thaw resistance.

ADDITION RATE
The normal range of SBTJM-II addition rate is 0.4~0.6% by weight of cementitious materials. The addition amount will depend on the degree of required retardation under job conditions. Longer setting time or higher temperature will require higher addition rates. Conversely, the addition rate will be lower.

SBTJM-V concrete frost-resistance admixture

DESCRIPTION
SBTJM-V concrete frost-resistance admixture is a new frost resistance material which has the advantages of water reducing effect, strengthening effect, air-entraining and freezing point decreasing effects. It is particularly adaptable to the concrete project at low temperature. The lowest construction temperature can be to -15 while SBTJM-V is used.

TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
Excellent frost resistance
Under -15 the strength R-7+28 of concrete with JM-V is 104%, R-7+56 is 112% compared to that of the reference concrete.

High water reducing and strengthening effect
SBTJM-V has obvious water reducing effect (according to the relative specifications in GB8076-1997). The water reduction of concrete with JM-V is above 15%.

Highly strengthening effect
The 1d strength of concrete in standard curing is 300% compared to that of the reference concrete, which can effectively short the construct-period and improve the form turnover. The compressive strength is 110% at the age of 28days compared to that of the reference concrete.

Excellent durability
The addition of SBTJM-V can effectively improve the pore structure of the concrete and increases the frost-resistance, carbonation-resistance and corrosion-resistance. The product has not chlorine and nitrite etc, and no corrosive substance to the steel bar.

USAGE
The dosage range of SBTJM-V is 2-5%, recommended dosage is shown in the table below

Blending: the product should be blended with cement, sand and stone, and should not be dissolved beforehand. Ensure accurate measurement and prolong the blending time a little to ensure well distribution.
Curing: after pouring, it must be covered immediately for insulated curing.
Shelf life: it should be stored in dry place. Its quality guarantee is normally within two years.
